Summer 2019 Camps
Athletes Able to Attend:

EYA Football Camps:

  • 2nd - 8th graders, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

EYA Speed & Agility Saturdays :

  • 2nd - 8th graders, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Randy White Camp: (Prestonwood) July 12th-13th

  • 2nd - 8th graders, 6:00-8:00 PM & 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

Conditioning Camps:

  • 2nd - 8th graders, 7:00 - 8:00 PM

Costs:

Elite Youth Athletic Camps:

  • Football Camps - $50 (2 days) 

    • Monday & Tuesday (2nd - 4th), 

    • Wednesday & Thursday (5th - 8th)

  • Conditioning Camps - $60 (3 days)

 

Speed & Agility Saturdays:

  • Speed & Agility Session - $20 per session

Randy White Camp: ​​

  • Prestonwood Registration - $100 until June 1st, $125 after 

    • Friday and Saturday (07/12 & 07/13)

Skills Taught: 

Camp Stations at each camp. Examples include below info:

  • Receiver Route Tree – Understanding how to find space

  • Coverage and run defense

  • Work on pursuit and proper angles

  • Control and Balance approaching opponent 

Defensive Camp Information:
  • Work on enhancing starts and stances for every Defensive position.

  • D-Lineman - Focus on getting off the ball, defeating blocks and pursuit angles

  • Work on Defeating blocks  

  • Defensive Backs - Work of coverage and run defense

  • Linebackers - Work on filling the hole, scraping and pass coverage 

  • Work on pursuit and proper angles

  • Drills with emphasis of playing with Speed, Agility, Balance, & Control 

  • Work on playing fast and with intensity

  • Execute Heads Up Tackling

  • Execute Hawk Tacking 

Offensive Camp Information:

  • Stances and start for all Offensive Positions.

  • Running Back Fundamentals (first steps, handoffs, route running, blocking in a hole, kick out blocking and blocking in space)

  • Receiver/Tight End Fundamentals (route running, blocking in space, understanding the route tree, understanding how to find space, attack the ball and ball security)

  • QB Fundamentals (stance, footwork during handoffs, passes and rollouts…handoffs, understanding what is open based on defensive alignment, pass execution)

  • O-linemen Fundamentals (Stance and first steps…hands…Drive blocking, angle blocking, kick out blocking, down blocking, pass blocking)

  • Constant play fast with intensity message

Conditioning Camp: (1.5 hr)
  • We get them in shape

  • Cone Work

  • Bag Work

  • Sprints

  • Plyometrics

  • Tire Work

  • Sled Work
